Logictech
A clinic management system redesigned to make
everyday healthcare operations faster and more efficient.

Overview
Logictech is a web based clinic management system designed to help doctors and clinic staff manage operational workflows through a unified interface. The platform brings together dashboard monitoring, campaign management, goal tracking, staff communication, analytics, and user administration.
My role focused on redesigning the user experience and interface to simplify navigation, improve data visibility, and create consistent workflows for healthcare teams. The goal was to help staff access essential information quickly and manage daily tasks with fewer unnecessary steps.

The Problem
The existing clinic management system had multiple navigation layers and inconsistent layouts that made it difficult for doctors and staff to access key information quickly. Important operational data was spread across different sections, increasing the effort required to monitor performance and complete routine tasks.
Workflows such as appointment scheduling, patient data entry, report tracking, campaign management, and staff coordination needed clearer organisation. The challenge was to bring these activities into a coherent interface without overwhelming users who rely on the system throughout the working day.

The Approach
I approached the redesign by establishing a consistent dashboard structure and organising the platform around distinct operational workflows. The main dashboard surfaces key metrics, alerts, upcoming tasks, and performance summaries, helping users understand priorities without navigating through multiple screens.
For campaign management, I structured campaign lists and creation flows around clear tables, status indicators, filters, and guided configuration steps. The goals dashboard uses summary metrics, progress indicators, clinic comparisons, and detailed tables to make performance easier to monitor across clinics and providers.
I also redesigned the Communication Hub to provide a more organised messaging experience, with conversation lists, message threads, and email templates. The analytics section brings performance indicators and reporting visualisations into a structured workspace, while user management provides searchable tables and role based filtering for administrative tasks.
Across the platform, consistent navigation, reusable interface components, clearer data grouping, and a restrained colour system help reduce visual complexity while maintaining the information density required for clinic operations.

The Results
After launch:
The redesigned interface improved information hierarchy, reduced repetitive steps, and provided a more consistent experience across clinic operations and administrative workflows.

What I'd Do Differently
I'd shadow doctors and front desk staff through a full clinic day. Conversations explained the problems, but observing appointments, data entry, reporting, and communication in real time would have revealed additional friction and helped prioritise the most critical workflows.
I'd also run a structured heuristic evaluation of the original system before beginning the redesign. Documenting navigation issues, inconsistent interaction patterns, and usability problems would have created a clearer baseline for design decisions and made it easier to evaluate improvements systematically.

What I Learned
Fewer clicks can make a meaningful difference in healthcare. Every unnecessary step adds friction to a workflow that staff repeat throughout the day. Simplifying routine tasks helps users focus more attention on patients and essential operations.
Consistency reduces operational errors. Standardising tables, filters, forms, and navigation patterns makes the system easier to learn and reduces the effort required to move between different workflows.
The dashboard should prioritise decisions, not decoration. Surfacing appointments, performance indicators, alerts, and upcoming tasks gives users a clearer understanding of what needs attention and what action to take next.
